The NMI501 is a Integrated Circuit (IC) that implements the China Multimedia Mobile Broadcasting (CMMB) mobile television standard. The NMI501 is a SoC that includes the RF tuner, demodulator and memory on a single die which achieves small package size and ultra low power consumption along with class-leading performance. It features sensitivity at -100dBm and excellent linearity of over +5dBm IIP3 and over -105dB dynamic range. As a fully integrated CMMB system solution, the NMI501 supports commercial CAS systems for Cellular phones as well as non connected devices.
Powered by bundled CMMB Middleware
The NMI501 can be used with available CMMB middleware, which integrates software from protocol stack/demux and data service to a sample GUI application. By selecting NMI501, product developers do not need to consume precious engineering resources investigating, selecting and integrating third party middleware and application software.
